property deeded to the Florida State Turnpike Authority as set out ~
in Deed Book 222 at page 92 and less and excepting the right-of-way k
for Hartman Road. s
It is the intent that this easement granted herein be ad~acent to
and parall.el with the West right-of-way line of Hartman Road as it
no~r euists. -
Pole line to be approximately two feet inside private property.
By acceptance of this easement herein granted, Florida Power & Light
Company does hereby release, quit claim and remise all rights, title
and interest in that certain easement dated August 17, 1926, and
recorded in Deed Book 73, page 325. Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. as it pertains to the above described property.
