security of lessor, lessee shall give actual notice of this re-

; ~ OPTION TO PIIRCHASE. In consideration of Ten and 00/100ths
4 ;`($10.00) Dollars and other valuable consideration, receipt of

~ j;which is hereby acknowledged, the lessor agrees that the lessee

~ :shall have the option to purchase the demised premises on or

~ iafter October 15, 1974, but prior to June 2, 1975. Lessee sh~ll

;":exercise the option to purchase by notifying lessor in writing
;thirty (30) days prior to the day on which the lessee desires

;to exercise the option. This option shall be subject to the
