In consideration of Ten and 00/100ths 4 ;`($10.00) Dollars and other valuable consideration, receipt of i~ ~ j;which is hereby acknowledged, the lessor agrees that the lessee ~ ' ~ :shall have the option to purchase the demised premises on or ~ ~ iafter October 15, 1974, but prior to June 2, 1975.
