WHEREAS~ Eugene H. Gaillard, as Trustee, by Right of Way Deed
dated March 26, 1928 and recorded in Deed Book 78 at page 571, George
H. Laleger and Mary A. Laleger, his wife, by Right of Way Deed dated
March 2, 1928 and recorded in Deed Book 78 at page 608 and George T.
Baker and Sarah Baker, his wife, by Right of Way Deed dated March
26, 1928 and recorded in Deed Book 79 at page 241, conveyed to St.
I,ucie County, Florida for right of way purposes only, without valuable
consideration, the hereinafter described lands in said County, and
WHEREAS, said County has not used said lands for the construction
or maintenance of roads thereon and the adjoining lands are owned
by MARY F. SCOTT, who has made written-demand that said rights ef
way be returned to her by quitclaim deed under the provisioas of
