QUITCLAIM DEED
THIS QUITCLAIM DEED, executed this 21st day of May, 1974,
by ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, first party, to INEZ HAMILTON, whose

WHEREAS, Euyene H. Gaillard, as Trustee, by Right of Way Deed
dated March 26, 1928 and recorded in Deed Book 78 at page 571, -
conveyed to St. Lucie County, Florida for right of way purposes only,
without valuable consideration, the~hereinafter described lands in
said County, and
WHEREAS, said County has not used said lands for the construction
or maintenance of roads thereon and the adjoining lands are owned -i

by INEZ HAMILTON, who has made written demand that said rights-of ;

way be returned to her by quitclaim deed under the provision of
Section 255.22, Florida Statutes.
WITNES3ETH, That the said first party,_ pursuant to the provisions
~ of Section 255.22, Florida Statutes, does hereby remise,release and
li quitclaim unto the said second party forever, all the right, title,
~ interest, claim and demand which the said first party has in and to

the following described lands in the County of St. Lucie, State of -

~ EXCEPTING THEREFROM, however, any portions of the above described
