do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking all Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
- ~II:ST: I direct that all of my just debts, my funeral expenses
and the costs of the administration of my estate be paid as soon as practi-
cable after my death.
SECOi~iD: I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, of what-
soever nature and wheresoever situate, whethex real, personal or mixed, noW
-or hereafter acquired, to my sister, ROSE A. SCHMIDT, 714 Elm Street, Kearny,
New Jersey, if she survives me. If my said sister, ROSE A. SCH~IIDT, prede-
ceases me, then I give, devise and b equeath my entire said estate to my
sister, JOSEPHINE PACE, 1500 Bay Road, Morton Towers, Miam~-Beach, Florida.
TAIRDL I appoint my sister, ROSE A. SCILiIDT, as Executrix of

FOURTH: I vest my Executri.x with full power and authority to
sell, transfer and convey any property, real or personal, which I nay own
at the time of my death, at such time and price and upon such terms and
conditions, including credit, as she may determine and to do every other

of my estate.
