F INAL JUDGNiENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the ~ ay of J~ne, 1974, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jursidiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupQn
I ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JOHN R.
McKINNEY and DEBRA J. McKINNEY be and the same is hereby dissolved
~ _

and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the-
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of MAGDELANA McKINNEY, minor child of
~
~ the parties, is hereby awarded to DEBRA J. McKINNEY with reasonable
~ visitation rights reserved to JOAN R. McKINNEY.
~ 3. SUPPORT. ~Commencing the ~day of Jt~ne, 1974, JOHI~i R.
~ /O
~ McKINNEY shall pay to DEBRA J. McKINNEY the sum of $ each
~
~ and every week for the support of the child named above.

Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
