ORDER
This cause came on for hearing on the 29th day of May,
1974. The Court having heard the evidence presented and the
argument of the attorneys for the parties, and being fully
advised in the premises, it is:
ADJUDGED THAT:
1. The plaintiff herein by civil action No. 74-8 C.A. ~
filed in the above styled Court foreclosed a second purchase
money mortgage owed to it by Martin Alexander and Mar3orie ~
Alexander, his wife, mortgagors therein, dated I~Larch 16, 1973,
