TEMPOI~ARY ORDER
This cause was heard after notice upon the petitioner's demand
for temporary relief while this cause is pending. The court hav-
ing heard the evidence presented and the argument of the attorneys
for the parties, and being fu11y advised. it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: _
1. The petitioner shall have the sole and egclusive temporary
possession of the real property and house more fully described in
her verified petition pending the final outcome of this matter.
2, The respondent shall pay to petitioner the sum of fifteen
dollars ($15.00) a week as temporary support pending the final
outcome of this matter. That said s~ shall be paid weekly be-

~ ginning on the day of June, 1974, and a like sum each _
week until further ordered by this court.
3. That the parties to this action aaae mutually enjoined and
restrained from assaulting, harrassing, bothering, or interferring
with each other at-any time or place, or in any r~nner whatsoever,
during the pendency of this action.
