This Executor's Deed, executed the ,1 day of May, 1974,
between the SUN BANK O T. LUCIE COUNTY, as Executor of the Estate

WITNESSETH:
That on April 10, 1974, pursuant to Petition for Order
Authorizing Sale, the Honorable James H. Alderman, Circuit Judge,
St. Lucie County, Florida, signed the Order Authorizing Sale of the
below described property, and in consideration of the premise and the
sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, in hand paid, the party
of the first part grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
conveys and confirms to the party of the second part, its successors
and assigns, forever, that certain parcel of real property, situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Beginning at the intersection of the North line
of Government Lot 2, Section 3, Tawnship 35 South.
Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, and the ~
Westerly riglit-of-way line of U. S. Highway No. l,
run thence Southeasterly along the Westerly right-
of way line of U. S. Highway No. 1- 175 feet to a
concrete monument; thence Southwesterly at right
angles to the Westerly right-of-way line to Q. S.
Highway No. 1- 150 feet to a concrete monument;
