NHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa- ;
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is - ;
naw the owner and holder by assignment of the follawing mortgages ~
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit: ~
~ A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October, ~
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental ~
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Tr~,st, securing
55,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
24J5, et seq., Public Records of St. Luc~e Caunty, Florida, ;
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein ~
~ more particularly described; as amended by Modification of ~
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of a1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record ~
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. lucie ~
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica- ;
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 a~d recorded~ ;
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of ~t. ~
Lucie County, Florida; and '
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of Ameri ca has requested Fi rst Nati onal
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a =
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said ~
mortgage; E
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City 6ank, in consideration of

doES remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its ~f
