Before me, the undersigned authority, duly authorized to
take acknowledgments and administer oaths, personally appeared
HARRy B. SAYLES, who, after being by me first duly sworn, upon
oath says: that my name is HARRY B. SAYLES, that Affiant and MARY
LUCILLE SAYLES were married to each other at the time of aCquisition
of the above described property on September 14, 1945 and that they
remained continuously married to each other until her death on
December 29, 1954, which death occurred in St. Lucie County, Florida.
