l. That the Affiant is the widow of Walter A. Lienhard,
late of Braward County, Florida.
2. That the Affiant and said decedent, Walter A. Lienhard,
acquired the followinq descri.bed real property as tenants by the
entirety, by a Warranty Deed on March 24, 1972.
Lot 11, Block 1099 of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 8, a sub--
~ division according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 12, Page 38A, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County; Flori3a. ~
3. That the Affiant and said decedent, ~4alter A. Lienhard,
were married to each other prior to March 24, 1974, and remained
continuo•~sly and uninterruptedly married until t.he death of said
