This cause coming on to be heard on Motion of the Husband
to enter a Default, and it appearing from the records and files
of said cause that the Wife, Anna Evelyn Scheuhing, was served
with a Notice of Suit by publication in the News Tribune in
Fort Pierce, Florida, on April 29, May 6, May 13 and May 20,
1974, and that the said Wife has failed to file any answer or
other defensive pleadings to the Petition herein on or before
June 6, 1974.
; -It is, therefore, ORDERED that the said Petition be taken

~ as confessed and that a Default be, a nd the same is hereby duly

entered against the Wife, Anna Evelyn Scheuhing.
