FINAL JUDGMENT - DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
j4 This cause having heretofore come on for trial and

j; the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines that this Court has jurisdiction of the ~
parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of
Husband and~Wife now exists between the parties; and that the

' marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should ~

be dissolved. It is thereupon, ;

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between

` HAZEL COLLINS and JOHN COLLINS be and the same is hereby

dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever ~

~ ii freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between F
~ them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of TERESA COLLINS, STEPHEN
~i COLLINS, MARY CATIiERINE COLLINS and DANNY COLLINS, minor
i ~

° children of the parties, is hereby awarded to HAZEL COLLINS ;

with reasonable visitation rights reserved to JOHN COLLINS. ~
3. SUPPORT. Commencing on the lOth-day of June, 1974 „

;i JOHN COLLINS shall pay to HAZEL COLLINS the sum of $83.33 per ~ 4

~ child per month for Teresa, Stephen and Mary Catherine. Said i

~ ~ payments to continue each and every month until each child ;
~ ~
~ reaches majority, marries or becomes self-supporting. ~
~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this court and ~
