Judgment are not forthwith paid, the Clerk of the Court shall sell ~
that-property at public sale within the legal hours of sale on the

days after the date of this Judgment, to the highest and best bidder
or bidders for cash at the east door of the St. Lucie County Court-
house, in Fort Pierce, Florida, and after having first given notice
as required by Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, 1971.
