Plaintiff and Counterdefendant's Motion to Dismiss the
Defendant and Counterclaimant's Counterclaim, and the Court
having heard argument of counsel for the respective parties

and being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ 2. That the Defendant and Counterclaimant shall have
twenty days from the date of this Order in which to file its
Amended Counterclaim.

Amended Counterclaim in which to file their answer or defensive
