SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
' KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Ward Peek and
Quentin Cooper, the owners and holders of that c.ertain mortgage
and indebtedness secured thereby, executed by CONCRETE MODULAR
SYSTEMS. INC., under date of May 17, 1974, recorded in Officfal
Record Book 227, page 1811, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; and that certain mortgage and indebtedness
secured,thereby, executed by CONCRETE MODULAR SYSTEMS, INC.,
under date of May 24, 1974, in the original sum of Fifteen
Thousand ($15,000.00) Dollars, and recorded in the Official
Record Books of St. Lucie County, Florida; and an Agreement for
Deed given by CONCRETE MODULAR SYSTEMS, INC.~ to WARD PEEK and
QUENTIN~COOPER, dated May 2, 1974 and recorded in Official Record
Book 227, page 351, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; all encumbering real property situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, as follows:
