FOR VALUE RECEIVED. the undersigned and if more than one, jointly and severally (the ~laker). dces hereby
covenant and promise to pay to the order of Sun Bank of St Lucie County or to its successors or assigns (collectively the
Payee). at its principal office at 111 Orange Ave.. Fort Pierce, Fla or at such other place as the Ps?yee may designate
to the biaker in w-riting from time to time. in legal tender of the United States. the Principal Amount together vrith
interest at the Interest Aate on the unpaid balance of the Principal Amoun~
The sums due and owinR hereunder ahall be payable during the Amortization Period in equal monthly instalmente,
each in the amount o[ the Instalment Payment. the tirst such Inatalment Payment to be made on the Fitst Instalment
Payment Date and aubsequent Inatalment Payments on the tirat day o[ each month thereafter until the Maturity Date
whereupon the entire unpaid balance ot principal ana intereat accrued and unpaid thereon shall become due and pay-
able; each such instalment when paid shall be applied titat to the payment oE interest on the unpaid balance at the In-
terest Rate and We remainder thereof to payment on account of principal.
If any Instalment Payment shall not be paid when due. then the entire principal sum and accrued interest here-
under shall become due and payable at once or thereafter, at the option of the holder of this Note. The Payee may. at
its option. collect a late ct~arge not to e:ceed two cents for each one dollar of each tnstalment Payment not paid when
due to reimburse the Payee tor e:penses of servicine delinquent Instalment Payments. Failure to e:ercise these options
shall not constitute a waiver of the right to e:ercise the same in the event of any subaequent default_
It is further agreed that the Maker and each endorser, surety, guarantor, jointly and severally, shall paY all costs of
collection oi this Note, including a reasonable attomey's fee, on failure to pay any Instalment Payment or any accrued
interest due hereunder on the due date thereof. This Note and all sums due hereunder shall bear intcrest at the highest ~
lawful rate ot interest per annum in the State of Ftorida fmm the date when the principat and accrued interest under ~
this Note shall be due and payable. The total intetest payable hernunder shall not in any one year e:ceed the highest ;
~ lawful rate of interest in the State of Florida.

s The Maker agrees that it shall be bound by any agreement e:tending the time or modifying the above ternts of
~ payment, made by the Payee and the owner or ownezs of the property affected by said Mortgage. whether with or with-
~ out notice to the Maker, and the Maker shall continue liable to pay the amount due hereunder, but with interest at a
rate no greater than the Interest Rate, according to the terms of any such agreetnent of e:tension or modification

T'his Note may not be changed orally. but only by an agreement in writing, signed by the party against whom en- ~
forcement of any waiver, change, modification or discharge is sought

All parties to this Note, whether Maker. principal, surety, guarantor or endorser. hereby waive presentment for
payment, demand, protest, notice of protest, and notice of dishonor, and ezpreasly agree jointly and severally to remain
and continue bound tor the payment oi the ptincipal and interest provided for by the terma of thia Note, notwithstanding
any eztension or e:tensions o[ the time of. or for the payment ot said principal or interest, or any change or changes in
the amount or amounts agreed to be paid under or by virtue ot the abligation to pay pmvided for in thia Note, or any
change or changes by way ot release or surrender or substitution of any real property and collateral, or either. held as
security for this Note, and ~•aive all and every kind ot notice of such eztension or e:tensions, change or changes, and
agree that t6e same may be made without the joinder of the Maker. ~
