maintenance mid upkeep hereby authorize ~d give my (our) consent to the following:
1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its successors or assigns, shall notiiy
the undersigned in writ~ng at the address indicated below (or a1 such other address as may be desig-
nated by the undersigned from time to time) that ihe said premises ~e not in a reasonable state of
appear~oe ~d repair consistent wiih ihe general appearance ~d state of repair ol other properties
within ihe immediate vicinity, ihe undersigned agrees to accomplish ihe required repairs, maintenance,
etc., set iorth in said notice wiihin 15 days atter receipt of same_ d
2. li the undersigned shaU lail or reluse to accomplish the required repairs or maintenance.
~ eic., wiihin the prescriised time, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its successors or assigns,
acting by cmd through its duly authorized agents may come upon ihe premises !or ihe purpose oI doinr
the necessary work. Provided, however, that such work shall be limited to lawn cmd yard maintencmce
to prevent cm overgrown or unkempt appe~m~ce, and to painting and minor repairs to ihe exterior o! ~

~ 3. As to cmy costs or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT .CORPORATION, its suc-
