On this day before me, the undersigned officer duly
authorized in the State and C~unty aforesaid to administer oaths
and take acknowledgments, personally appeared CHARLES H. BOEGER
who upon first being duly sworn upon his oath deposes and says:
1. My name is CHARLES H. BOEGER; my residence address
is Route 1, Box 323, Fort Pierce. Florida.
2, I am the surviving spouse of Alma M. Boeger, also
known as Alma Boeger, who died February 3, 1974.
3. Affiant and Alma M. Boeger were duly married to
each other in 1944, and were continuously so married to each
other until the date of death of Alma M. Boeger on February 3,
1974. .
4. Affiant and AI~M~A BOEGER, also known as Alma M.
Boeger, are the grantees in that certain warranty deed ~rom L.
W. Aalbe and wife, Sallie M. Halbe, dated March 5, 1948, recorded
• in Book 142, page 3, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
Further affiant sayeth not.
