BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared

say as follows:
1. He is also known as J. C. Preston.
2. He is the son of James Pressley, and Lucy Pressley,
a/k/a Lucy Preston.
3. The said James Pressley, father of affiant, died in
Martin County, Florida, on November 25, 1946, and was accordingly
deceased on January 17, 1949.
4. Your affiant is one and the same person as the
J. C. Preston who took title to the above property with Lucy
Preston by deed of conveyance from Joseph Washington, a single
adult, dated January 17, 1949, recorded in Deed Book 146, page
541 of the public records.of St. Lucie County

i 5. Lucy Pressley, a/k/a Lucy Preston, died in Fort

; Pierce, Florida, on May 18, 1972.

6, By petition for order of administration unnecessary
in the estate cf Lucy Pressley, Deceased, St. Lucie County ~
Probate No. ?2-176, and order thereon signed by the Honorable
James E. Alderman on August 24, 1972, title to the above
property was vested solely in James C. Pressley, Jr., a/k/a ~
J. C. Preston.
