(7) The Purchaser by the executior. of this agreement acknowledges receipt of the delivery and the

~ (8) The Purchaser ~varrants and represents that he has read and understands the provisions of this
= :~~,~reement and that he has familiarized himself with the basic restrictions, covenants and conditions aH'ecting the
tinit above de~cribed and a11 other units in said condominium and further warrants and represents that he will
~ ccmply with the same as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium at all times hereafter. The Purchaser
f a rther w arrants that the lot is not intended to be used for his principal residence.
(9) The Pure}~aser has the option to void the contract or agreement if he does not receive this property
L report prepared pursuant to the rules and regulations of the OflSce of Interstate Land Sales Registration, U. S.
! ~ I)epartment of Housing and Urban Development. in advance of, or at the time of. his signing the contract or
~ :~~reement. The Purchaser has the right to revoke the contract or agreement within 48 hours after signing the
contract or agreement if he did not recei~e the property report at least 48 hours before signing the contract or
' a~,~reement. This revocation authorits• shall not apply in the case of a buyer who (1) has received the property re-
~x~rt and inspected the lot to be purchased or leased in advance of signing the contract or agreement, and (2) ~
ac';nowledges by his signature that he has made such inspection and has read and understood such report. ~
