AFFIDAVIT ~
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
RE: Lots 9, 10, 19 and 20 and the North 1/2 of
Lot 18, Block 1, of the revised plat of
"THE TROPICS", as per plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 6, at page 21 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

appeared EMORY HAYES who, after first being duly sworn,
did depose and say:
1. That he has personal knowledge of all facts stated
herein.
2. That he is presently Road Superintendent of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and ~as been continuously associated
with such office since 1950.
3. That he has resided in St. Lucie County, Florida,
for more than 53 years and that on October 29, 1946, the
date of execution of that certain deed from the State of
Florida to J. O. Lee and Earlene Lee, his wife, recorded

i in Deed Book 129 at page 4837 of the public records of St.
i ~
~ Lucie County, Florida, there was no state road within 100
feet of the above-captioned property; and further affiant •
sayeth not.
