WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made the 23rd day of May, A.D. 1974,
between GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Delaware Cnrporation ~
authorized to transact business in the State of Florida, party of
the first part, and CULTURAL, EDUCATIONAL AND SOCIAL ASSOCIATION OF
PORT ST. LUCIE, INC., a non-profit Florida Corporation, party of the ~

second part, 178 Southwest Prima Vista Boulevard, Port St. Lucie ~
Florida .
WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS lawful money of
the United States of America, and other good and valuable considera-
tions to it in hand paid by the said party of the second part at or
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt

whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold,aliened, ~
remised, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents does
grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto
the said party of the second part, and its successors and assigns
forever, all of the following piece, parcel or tract of land, situate,
