(a) Use and Name Designation of Premises: The premises h~rein conveyed, together with improvements and facilities~hereafter constructed thereon, shall be used only for civic purposes such as school, library, religious activiti~es and functions, public meetings, forums, educational programs, social and:recreational activities and ; i t other similar purposes of a non-commercial nature. The words "Port ~ St. Lucie" shall at all times constitute a portion of the named designation for the facilities and improvements situated on the pre- mises; and all signs, literature, brochures, etc., employed in con- nection with the use o£ said premises shall likewise contain the words "Port St. Lucie" when the premises are referred to and desig- nated. ' (b) Approval of Plans and Specifications: Prior to start ~ of construction of any kind, including but not limited to original ~ , ~ construction, alterations or modifications, all plans and specifi- ~ t cations shall be submitted for approval to,~General Qevelopment Corpo- € i ration. General Development Corporation shall review the data sub- ; ~ ~ mitted as to aesthetical, functional and economical conformance with ~ i ' the area and its proposed development. I ~ (c) Parking Facilities: Off-street parking facilities ~ shall be provided on the property of the purchaser. . (d) Garbage and Trash Disposal: The purchaser shall be responsible for maintaining sanitary conditions. (e) Enforcement: In the event of a violation or breach of any of the foregoing restrictions, General Development Corporation, its successors or assigns, shall have the right to proceed at law or - in equity to compel a compliance with the terms hereof or to prevent ~ the violation or breach of any of them.
