(f) Amendment of Restrictions: These restrictions may be
altered, amended,or rescinded in whole or in part at any time by
General Development Corporation, its successors or assigns; provided,
however, that this provision shall not be construed to permit
General Development ~orporation, its successors or assigns, to create ;
additional restrictions on the premises. :
