owner and holder of a certain mortqage deed executed by LAINE A. RINKER
and PAMELA C. RINKER, his wife, to FIRST NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY
OF STUART, Stuart, Florida, a National eanking Association, bearing date
the 24th day of April, A.O. 1972, recorded in Official Records Book 338
