TXECUTRIX'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, Made this ~day of March, 1974, between
MURIEL ZEITLIN KIRSCHI~IER, formerl.y MURIEL ZEITLIN, as Executrix of
the ESTATE OF HAROLD B. ZEITLIN, Deceased, Grantor, and WILLIAM CESA,
as to an undivided one-half interest, and Arlene B. Steuer, as to an
undivided one-half interest, as tenants in common; Grantees, whose ~
mailing address is c/o Cesa,12325 Lakeshore B1vd.,Cleveland,Ohio,44108,
WITNESSETH: ~
That t21e Grantor, in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) to her paid by the Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby ;
acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, re-

leased, conveyed and confirmed and by these presents does grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the
Grantee, his heirs, successors or assigns forever, the following
described land, situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie
and State of Florida, to-wit: -
That part of Lot 15, Block 3, of St. Lucie Gardens
in Section 1, Township 37 South, Range 40 East,
Plat Book 1, Page 35, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, lying West of State Road
No. 5, excepting theretrom the North 376 feet of
said Lot,

the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues
and profits thereof; and also all the estate, right,title, interest,
property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever, both in law and
equity, which the Testator had in his lifetime, and at the time of
his decease, and which the Grantor has, by virtue of being Executrix
of the Estate of HAROLD 8. ZEITLIN, Deceased, in and to the above
granted premises, and every part and parcel thereof, with the ap-
