THIS WARRA.NTY DEED Made and executed '~ie 8th day of June A.D. 19 ~q by
EUGENE S. STRANGE AND MARY L. STRANGE hereinafter called the
grantors, to VENTURE OUT IN AMERICA A'j INDIAN RIVER, INC. (formerly known as
NOLIDAY OUT IN AMERICA AT ST. LUCIE, INC.), a corporation existing under the
Laws of the State of Florida, with principal Post Office address at RR~2,
Jensen Beach, Florida 33457, hereinafter called the grantee: ~

WITNESSETH: That tha grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of$17 423.50~;
and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge~, by '
these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and '
confirm unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie Gounty, ~
Florida, viz:
CO~DOMINIUM PARCELS: Lots Nos. 872, 884 and 885 of VENTURE OUT
AT INDIAN RIVER, INC., a Condominium, according to the Declaration
of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 201
at Page 1402, et seq., of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florid~:
and Amendments thereto recorded in O.R. Book 225 at Page 809, ~et ~se,~.
and O.R. Book 226 at Page 393, et seq., of said records. As provided
for by the Condominium Act of the Statutes of the State of Florida
(Chapter 711, SectiQn 711.O1, et seq., 1965, as amended) said des-
cription in this conveyance includes, but is not limited to all
appurtenances to the condominium parcel above described, and including
the undivided interest in the common~elements of said Condominium.
The.above condominium parcels were conveyed to the qrantors by
VENUTURE OUT IN AMERICA AT INDIAN RIVER, INC. (formerly known as
HOLIDAY OUT IN AMERICA AT ST. LUCIE, INC.,)and recorded as follo~as:

and Recorded on April 3, 1973 on the Records of
St. Lucie County, State of Florida, in O R Book 212,
Yage, 1796.

St. Lucie County, State of Florida, in O. R Book 212,

This conveyance is subject to the following:
l. Taxes and assessments for the year 1974 and subsequent
