VESTORS, a Massachusetts business trust, under Declaration of Trust dated
May 29, 1969, to release the premises hereinafter described, being part of said
mortgage premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:

thereof; Provided always , nevertheless , that nothing herein contained shall in
anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance of the afore-
said Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgage premises not hereby re-
~ leased therefrom , or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof .
