KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Citizens Fede~al Savings and loan Association of St. lucie County, a
corporation under the laws of the United States of America, the ow~er of a ce~tain mortgage given by
Arthur K. Hakkio and Hattie Mae Nakkio dated ~une 23. 19 , and recorded
in the public records of St LuCie County, Florida, in Official Record Book 193 on page
