BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared Paul Moehlenpah, a/k/a Paul W. Moehlenpah, who upon
first being duly sworn, did depose and say: ;

1. That he is the unremarried surviving spouse of
~ Margaret Moehlenpah, a/k/a Margaret Gann Moehlenpah, who departed
this life on March 17, 1974.
2. That he and the said Margaret Moehlenpah were the
grantees in that certain warranty deed of conveyance executed
by General Development Corporation, a Delaware corporation ~

authorized to do business in Florida, dated April 24, 1972, '
recorded in O.R. Book 204, page 2283 of the public records of ~
St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein the above described real

property was conveyed.
3. ~'hat on the date of the aforementioned conveyance, he
was married to the said Margaret Moehlenpah and that said marital 4

~ relationship continued without interruption until the death

~ of the said Margaret Moehlenpah.
