WITNFSSETH, that for valuable considerations, the said Mort~agor does hereby grant, b~argain, eeQ `

Mortgagor is now seized and possessed and in actual possession, situated in the CounLy of St. Lucie
and State of Florida, described as follows: Lot 9, Block S, PINECREST ESTATES, UNIT ONE,
a Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 16, at page
34 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with all struct~ues and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the rents,_ issues
and profits of the above described property (provided, however, that the Mortgagor shall be entitled to
collect and retain the said rents, issues and profits until default hereunder); and all fiatures now or her~
after attached to or used in connection with the premises herein described and in addition thereto the fol-
lowing described household appliances, which are and shall be deemed to be, fistures and s part of the
realty, and are a portion of the security for the indebtedness herein mentioned. _

TO HAVE AND . TO HOLD the same, and every part thereof, -with the appurtenances of the said

The hiurtgagor hereby covenants with the Mortgagee, that he is seized of said land in fee simple or
such other estate, if any, as is stated herein; and that said Mortgagor dces hereby fully warrant the tiUe to
said land, and every part thereof, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever.
