THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Court's own
motion to render null and void and set aside "Final Judgment"
for Defendant-Counter Plaintiff ordered June 4, 1974, recorded
in 0. R. Book 228, Page 111G, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida,
! AND WHEREAS, following hearing and trial before the ~

~ Court without the intervention of a jury, the Court finding that
~ the Plaintiff-Counter Defendant, JAMES D. REVELLE, is indebted
to the Defendant-Counter Plaintiffs, JAMES HANNA and MARY HANNA,
in the sum of Two Hundred and Eighty-Three Dollars ($283.00),
which amount was not so shown in "Final Judgment" filed as above
described, -
IT IS THEREFORE ordered by the Court that the "Final
Judgment" recorded in 0. R. Book 228, Page 1110, be set aside
