PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE ~~99 .

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: ~
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tlon organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now-the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A ~aortgage deed; executed~the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Tr~~st, securing
E5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more-particularly described; as amended by Modification of ~
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4,,1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of ~1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other_ lands in Polk County, Florida, which
• _1~lodification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Re~ord
Book 207, Paqe 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion.and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216; Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and ~
WNEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National _
City Bank to release-the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of Three Thousan~d ;line Nundred and 00/100--
DOLLARS
3,900.00 , the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fran the
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed
by said mortgage more particularly described as follows:
