KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: ~

NHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa- -y
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, 1s ~
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages ~
~ and the notes secured thereby, to-wit: i

A mortgage deed,.executed the 14th day of October, :
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental ~
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Qusiness Trust, securing ;
~5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, ~t seq., Public Records of St. Lucie l:ounty, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more-particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured ~
by an additional principal indebtedness of $1,112,392.00 and
_ also encunbering other lands in Polk County,~Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Paqe 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and.as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion.and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record 6ook 216; Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and `
WNEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National .
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage; -
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of Four Thousand Ei4ht~Hundred Seventy Five
DOLLARS '
4875.00 , the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, ~
does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fran the
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed
by said mortgage more particularly described as follows:

and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair,
~ alter or diminish the effect, lien or enc~brance of the aforesaid ~

hereby, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
