hereinafter referred to as "~uyers":
(Wherever used herein the terms "Sell~~r" and "Puyer" includes
singalar and .plura.l and all the parties to this instrunlent and the
heirs, legal representa.tives and assigns of individuals, and the
successors and assigns of corpora.tion:~).
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration ~~f the payment to be made by the
Luyer to the Seller, the Seller agrAes to tr~.nsfer to the ~luyer, his heirs,
executors, administrators or assigns, in ff~e simple, by_ good and sufficient
Warranty Deed, free and clear of all encurrbra.nces what~~ver, excepting only
easements, restrictions and reservations ef record to th~~ following.lot, piece
or parcel of la.nd, situa.ted in the Counfy of St. I.ucie ~ , State of
Florida , known and described a:~ follows, to--vit:
Lot 7, Block 165, Unit 12 Lakewood Park Sub~livision, St. Lucie County,
Florida.
It is hereby mutually agreed between the Buyer and the Seller
' that the interest rate as stated in Paragraph 5 of this agreement ~
i shall remain firm during the term of thg agreement.
