ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: "
That I, MANILA A. GREGORY~ a resident of Winter Park,
Orange County, Florida, Party of the First Part, in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and~other valuable considerations,
received from MANILA A. GREGORY, W. E. WINDERWEEDLE, and WILLIAM
A. WALKER II, as Trustees under Trust Agreement dated April 8,
1974, and known as the MANILA A. GREGORY 1974 TRUST, Parties of
the Second Part, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer
and set over unto the said Parties of the Second Part, her one-half
(1/2) interest in and to a certain Mortgage Deed dated September
18, 1973, made by Walter A. Dun, Jr. and Barbara A. Dun, his wife,
as Mortgagors, in favor of W. A. Gregory and Manila A. Gregory,
his wife, and recorded in Official Records Book 218, Page 2653,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the lands ;
situate in said county and state as described in said mortgage,
together with the note described in said mortgage and the monies
due and to become due thereon, with interest from the 18th day of
; September, 1973. _

4 Tp HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Parties of

~ the Second Part, their successors and assigns forever.
~ No_party dealing with any of the above-named Parties of
the Second Part~shall be required to see the terms of the Trust
Agreement nor shall the same be placed of public record, and any
~ person may rely upon the delivery of a partial release from the
lien of mortgage and/or a satisfaction of mortgage executed and
~
delivered by any one of the above-named Trustees, without require-
~ ment to investigate further as to the validity of the actions of
~
the Trustee or any one of them or to the application of monies
~ received in consideration of such partial release or satisfaction.
