In consideration of the payment to me/us by Fiorida Power & Light Company of $1.00 and other good and
valuabie consideration whieh I/we have received, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to Florida
Power & Light Company and its wccessors and assigns an easement for the construction, operation and main-
tenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits, t~ansformer enclosures and
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstnact, improve, add to, change
the size of o~ remove such facilities or any of them; to pe~mit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any
other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep ctear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions
that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our property described
as fotlows; -
7he West 10 feet of t1~e l~brth 100 feet of the West 140 feet of the West 1/2 of the
West 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4, less Oleai~er Avenue R~d Right-of-Way, Section
34, Zbwnship 35 South, l~nge 40 East, St. I~ucie ~unty, Florida.
It is the intent that this easement granted herein be adjaoent to and garallel
with the East right~f-~aay lir~e of Oleander Avenue as it naw exists.
