as shocan by death certificate, Registrar's No. 304, attached hereto
and made a part hereof, and that affiant is the surviving tenant of
an estate by the entireties 'in the following real property in St.
Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
All of Lot 4 and the South 15 feet of Lot 3,
of BloCk 2, of FORT PIERCE SHORES, UNIT #1,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 9 at ~
page.9 of the public records of Saint Lucie
County, Florida ~
as conveyed to Richard M. Inman and Laura R. Inman, his caife, by
deed from Howard M. Dowd and Esther L. Do~ud, his wife, dated
October 19, 1957, filed October 24, 1957, and recorded in Deed
Book 232, at pages 343-344, of the public records of said County.
