personally appeared Albert D. Matheson , known
to me to be the person whose name is subscribed to the £oregoing
Satisfaction of Mortgage as a Trustee duly authorized for the
TRUSTEES OF CENTRAL STATES, SOUTHERST AND SOUTHWEST AREAS PENSION
FUND, and acknowledged that he executed the same as the act of
the Trustees of said Pension Fund for the pur poses therein con-
