It was brought to the attention of the Committee that on Scptember
21, 1972, the Full Board of Trustees adopted a certain resolution concerning
document signing. A copy of that resolution is attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
On March 29, 1973, the Full Board of Trustees adopted a resolution
whereby the name of that Committee was changed from the Administrative -
Loan Committee to Administrative and Operational Committee.
Consequently, it is necessary that the Document Signing resolution
be amended to reflect the Committee name change.
After a full discussion a motion was made, seconded and carried
to recommend to the Full Board of Trustees adoption of the following ~
re s olution:
; WHEREAS, the Full Board of Trustees at its
~ meeting held on September 21, 1972, adopted a cer-
~ tain resolution concerning document signing, a copy ~
~ _ of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof;
and
WHEREAS, the Full Board of Trustees at its
meeting held on March 29, 1973, changed the name
of the Administrative Loan Committee to the Admini-
atrative and Operational Committee; aad
WHEREAS, it is necessary for documents to
be executed on behalf of the Pension Fund in connec-
- tion with transactions entere~ into b} the Trustees
of the Pension Fund; and
V{THEREAS, each Trustee Member of the Com-
_ mittee formerly known as the Administrative Loan
~ 1 Committee presently has such authority to execute
~ documents on behalf of the Fund; and
