REPORT OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND OPERATIONAL COMMITTEE
MEETING HELD JAIvUARY 9, 19?4, AS CONSIDERED BY THE FULL
BOARD OF TRUSTEES AT ITS MEETING HELD JANUARY 10, 19T4.

DOCUMENT SIGNING (continued. . . . . . ) and Operational Committee 1 /9/74
WHEREAS, it is necessary that a substitute ,
resolution be adopted to reflect this Committee
name change; and _
WHEREAS, it is necessary and advisable that
each Trustee member of the Administrative and
Operational Committee be given the authority to
~ execute the many and various documents which are,
or may be required in connection with transactions
entered into by the Trustees of the Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT
the resolution adopted on September 21, 1972, be
amended by striking that portion of the resolution
which reads as follows:
"NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT
each Trustee Member of the Administrative Loan
Committee, who presently are Thomas 3. Duffey,
Albert D. Matheson, Donald Peters, Frank Ranney, ~
William Presser, Jack Sheetz, or their successors on _
said Committee, be and he is hereby authorized to
; execute on behalf of the Trustees, any and all documents
~ pertaining to or in connection with any mortgage, sale,
; ~ lease or leasehack, or any other transaction of the
~ Pension Fund, which documents shall include (but not be
` limited to) releases, partial releases, commitments,
I
leases, aIl documents relating to insurance (including
releases of mortgagee's interest), preliminary agree-
ments and contracts of purchase relating to sale, lease
and leaseback. " ~ ~
and substituting in lieu thereof the following: ~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT ~
each Trustee Member of the Administrative and Opera- - ~
tional Committee, who presently are Thomas J.
Duffey, Albert D. Matheson, Donald Peters, Frank H.
Ranney, William Presser, Jack Sheetz, or their

~ authorized to execute on behalf of the Trustees, any
_ and all documents pertaining to or in connection with
~ any mortgage, sale, lease or leaseback, or any other
~ transaction of the Pension Fund, which documents ;

lating to insurance (including releases of mortgagee's ;
~ intereat), preliminary agreements and contracts of

A motion was made, seconded and carried to adopt the foregoing
~ resolution as recommended by the Administrative and Operational Committee
