The undersigned hereby certify as follows:
1. They are respectively one employer trustee and
one employee trustee, duly appointed and qualified to act and are
acting as two of the trustees of t2~e Central States, Southeast and
Southwest Areas Pension Fund.
2. The duly qualified, appointed and currently acting
