After a full discussion a motion ~ras made, secondea ~i~d
carried to rccommcnd to the Full F3oard of Trustees adoption of t~ie
following resolution:
_ WHEF'.EAS, it is necessary for documents to be
executed on behalf of the Pension Fund in connectioii -
with transactions entered into b}• the Trustees oi the
pension Fund; and ~
WHEREAS, the Executive Secretary of the Fund ~
presently has such authority to execute documents on
behalf of the Fund, but it is necessary and advisable
that each Trustee also be gi~•en authority to e~ecute
the many and various documents tivhich are, or m,ay be,
required in connection vvith transactions entered into
by the Trustees of the Fund; •
N01Y, THEREFORE, BE IT REGOT.VED TH.AT ~
each Trustee ?~lember of tiie Administrative L~an
Committec, who presently are Thomas J. D~:.ffe}•,
Albert D. I~iatheson, Donald Peters, Frank Ranney,
William Presser, Jack Sheetz, or their successors on
; ~ said Corrimittee, be and he is hereby authorized to
' execute on behalf of the Trustees, any and all documents
€ _ pertaining to or in connection v~ith an}• mortgage, salc, ~
~ lease or leaseback, or any other transaction of the
~ Pension Fund, which documents shall include (but not be
limited to) releases, partial releases, commitments,
~ leases, all documents relating to insurance (including
releases of mort~agee's interest), preliminary agree-
snents and contracts of purchase relating to sale, lease
