TEIIS DEED ~ Made and entered into this ~O day of May,
1974, between FRIEDA JOHNSON, as the duly qualified and actir?g
executrix of the Estate of Eva A. Zellers, deceased, Party of
the First Part, and ROBERT J. ERLING and GIADYS ERLING, his
wife, whose mailing address is 9011 38th Avenue South, Seattle,
Washington, as Parties of the Second Part,
WITNESSETN: That the said Party of the First Part,
for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00),
lawful money of the United States of America, to her and hand
paid by the said Parties of the Second Part, at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained sold, aliened, remised,
released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents does
grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm
unto the said parties of the Second Part, and their heirs and
' assigns forever, all the follo~wing piece, parcel or tract of land,

~ situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of

~ Florida and more particularly described as follows:
Lots 17, 18 and 19, Block 2, of TUCKER TERRACE
as per plat thereof on file ~n Plat Book 4, ~
page 54 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida
Together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining.
Tp HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the said Parties of the
Second Part, their heirs, successors or assigns, in fee simple,
