Together with all and singular the tenements, heredit3ments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining, and also all buildings, suuctures, additions and improvements. now or at any time hereaftar
erected thereon, together with and including all of the boilers, machines. heating plant, lighting piant, and all
plumbing apparatus, fixtures. appliances. ventilating equipment, toilets, basins. elecuic heating and (ightin6
plants, lighting fiatures, power machinery, plant or plants for running and operation of passenger or other ele- ~
vators, including passenger and other elevators, venetisn blinds. refrigerators, ranges, awnings and shutters. now
i or herealter located in the building upon said iand, and ail other machinery, appiiances and apparatus nuw or
hereafter placed on said premises, either in renewal or replacement o[ fixtures. machinery. appliances and ap-
~ purtenances originally installed on said premises. in connection with the completion theteof vr in addition there-

~ appurtenances the Nortgagor warrants shall be free from any encumbrances, retention of title or other claims in
~ favor of any other person and that this deed shall be a first lien thereon.

~ signad by the Mortgagor, or intended so tu be, unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple. ,

convey said land in fee simple as aforesaid; that it shall be lawful for the Mortgagee at all times peaceably an

quietly to enter upon. hold. occupy and enjoy said land; that said land is free from atl ancumbrances except as
~ may be herein described; that the Mortgagor wil! make such further assurances to per[ect the fee simple tide to
said land in the Mortgage4 as may reasonably be required; and that the Mortgagor hereby fully warrants the title
to said land and will defend the same against the Iawiul claims of all persons whomsoever.
