CLAIM OF LIEN

Before me, the undersigned authority personally appeared
~ JEFFERY REY, who being duly sworn, says that he is an Agent of
the Lienor herein, WIGGS & MAALE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC., a
~ Florida corporation, whose address is 1225 Omar Road, West Palm
Beach, Florida, and that in pursuance of a contract with Costa
Development Corporation of Florida, Inc., Lienor furnished labor,
services, or materials consisting of the construction of an
apartment project known as LaSagra on the following described
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
North 500 feet of Unit One of North Beach
Subdivision,-Plat Book 7, page 50, St.
Lucie County Public Records.
~ owned by Costa Development Corporation of Florida, Inc., of the
total value of $3,136,746.00 of which there remains unpaid
$960,015.00, and furnished the first on or about February 7, 1973 '
; and the last of the same on or about June 7, 1974. He further
~ says that Lienor claims a lien on the real property hereinabove -

` described for the amount set forth, together with reasonable
attorneys' fees as provided by law. '
