O~tion to Renew. Tenant is hereby granted two (2) !

ilfor five (5) years on each such option, each such extended term

5. Rental. Tenant shall pay to Landlord for the use and ;

C 6. Taxes. Landlord covenants and agrees to pay promptly all;
