ORDER DECLARING ADMINISTRATION UNNECESSARY
THIS CAUSE having been heard upon the sworn petition of
MARY C. ROBERTS for an Order declaring administration unneces-

sary in the estate of JOHNNIE D. COLEMAN, deceased, and the
Court havinq considered said petition and the evidence presented
in support thereof, and the Court beinq fully satisfied ttiat
said estate is entitled to the special benefits of~Chapter 735,
Florida Statutes, pertaininq to administration unneces~ary in
certain estates, that the averments contained in the aforesaid
petition are true, and that there has been no concealment of
any material fact, does find as follaws;

~ and that said estate is entitled to the entry of an Order declar-

ing administration unnecessary.
2. That the true cash value of said estate aggregates the ,
sum of $3,000.00.
3. That petitioner, MARY C. ROBERTS, is a~esident of
Miami, Dade County, Florida; that said petitioner is the sole
person entitled by law to receive distribution of the assets of
said estate. It is thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that administration of the estate of
JOHVNIE D. COLEMAN, deceased, is and it is hereby declared to be
